It's great to read this Observer interview with the original celebrity chef, Marco Pierre White.
We recently catered an event that he hosted (You didn't know we do events? Get in touch). We were happy to be invited to provide lunch for Marco's thirty guests and even happier when Marco himself took an interest in our truck. Pat was more than a little apprehensive at cooking for a culinary legend so she was relieved and excited when Marco enjoyed and complimented her food, especially her chicken satay.
Ever the professional, Marco couldn't resist climbing on board our truck and taking a turn cooking and serving himself. He gave us some great advice and we took every word to heart.
It was a real thrill for us so early in our new business venture to make a success of catering such an event where expectations were so high and to get such good feedback and some valuable advice.
